SUMMARY/CHALLENGE
Dell partnered with Black Enterprise with the goal to deepen and expand Dell’s relationship with the African American professional community by positioning Dell as a vested solutions partner, as well as keep Dell’s products and offerings a top-of-mind for African American professionals.
SOLUTION
As a member of the digital solutions team our team created “The Small Business University (SBU) ” campaign. As the lead Digital Producer on the team I helped design, develop and host a 10-week video small business series Microsite housed on blackenterprise.com.
Gamification was a main engagement driver for the Small Business University where users had an opportunity to earn points, badges, Dell products, gift cards, Black Enterprise subscriptions, consultations with experts and as a grand prize, featured in the November ‘12 Small Business Issue of Black Enterprise Magazine.For digital marketing banners (site & social media), & Weekly E-Mail blasts were used for promotion.
